What does each programme cost?
The Visibility Fix, the local SEO and AI search package for any local business with eleven trade-specific versions, is €1,000 in 15 working days, and the Website and SEO Package, which builds a website of up to 10 pages and does the same work, is €3,000. GEO for Ecommerce is €6,500 and GEO for Service Businesses is €7,500, one-time, delivered in 21 working days with a 90-day citation guarantee.

No VAT is added to any price, because Clever Merchants is not VAT registered. Prices are one-time, except the monthly plans: €250 and €750 a month for the Website and SEO Package after launch, and the receptionist, chatbot and GEO support plans, all cancelled on 30 days notice. US custom home builders start with a $997 30-day sprint, with money back if nothing moves. The Builder Growth System after it is the exception: $5,000 to set up, then $3,000 a month with a 6-month first term, then month to month, ad spend not included. The 90-day citation guarantee is measured on 30 tracked prompts: if fewer than 3 that did not name your business at the baseline do so 90 days after completion, we do one further round of work, up to 21 working days, at no extra cost. What does the AI Readiness Review cost?
Nothing. It is 6 questions, takes about 3 minutes, returns an instant industry-specific report, and Ger follows up personally the same working day.
The report names the two or three AI workflows most likely to pay back in your kind of business and the hours the report estimates they address each week. It is the same review whether you are a five-person plumbing firm in Cork or a forty-person agency in Toronto, and there is no card, no trial period and no obligation attached to it.
The same-day follow-up is a conversation, not a pitch. Most people use it to ask whether the workflows in the report would actually work with the systems they run. If the answer is that they would not, we say so.

Why the prices are starting points
An AI receptionist on an existing phone system is a different job from job profitability reporting that has to pull from accounts, timesheets and a job management tool. Scope depends on which workflows you need, which tools you already run, how clean the data in them is, and how many integrations are involved. A flat price for all of that would be a guess, so each published figure is where the work starts, and the fixed quote follows the review.

The review itself, the instant report naming your two or three highest-impact workflows with the hours it estimates for each, and the follow-up conversation with Ger the same working day. By the end of that conversation you know what would be built, in which order, on which systems. Only then is there a price to talk about.

Why the GEO price is fixed
We priced it after doing the work on a real business
The GEO programmes carry a fixed price because the scope was worked out on Shamrock Electrical, the electrical wholesaler in Rathcoole that I run for its owner. We put schema and question-answering content live, ran the buyer prompts again, and ChatGPT began naming Shamrock, calling it "the obvious one" for electrical wholesalers near Rathcoole. By June 2026 it named Shamrock first of five retailers for electric radiators in Ireland. Perplexity and Gemini followed.
Because we know exactly what that work involves, we can put a number on it in advance and stand behind a guarantee. AI implementation is different: the scope changes with every business, which is why the prices above are starting points and the fixed quote follows the review.

How much does an AI consultant cost?

Why are the implementation prices starting prices?
GEO is a fixed scope that is the same for every business in a category, so it carries a fixed price. Implementation depends on which workflows you need and what you already run, so the published prices are starting points and the fixed quote follows the free review.
Do the GEO programmes have a monthly fee?
No. Every programme on this page is a one-time payment, apart from the Builder Growth System for US home builders, and the work stays in place. Ongoing support is optional: monitoring and fixes from €750 a month, or a full retainer at €2,000 a month for ecommerce and €2,500 for service businesses.
Can I pay for AI consultancy with a grant in Ireland?
Irish businesses can ask their Local Enterprise Office about Digital for Business consultancy and the Grow Digital Voucher, which funds 50% of digital tools up to €5,000. Eligibility is decided by the LEO, not by us.
