What does the AI Readiness Review cost?
Nothing. It is 6 questions, takes about 3 minutes, returns an instant industry-specific report, and Ger follows up personally within 24 hours.
The report names the two or three AI workflows most likely to pay back in your kind of business and the hours the report estimates they address each week. It is the same review whether you are a five-person plumbing firm in Cork or a forty-person agency in Toronto, and there is no card, no trial period and no obligation attached to it.
The follow-up within 24 hours is a conversation, not a pitch. Most people use it to ask whether the workflows in the report would actually work with the systems they run. If the answer is that they would not, we say so.

Why there is no single figure
An AI receptionist on an existing phone system is a different job from job profitability reporting that has to pull from accounts, timesheets and a job management tool. Scope depends on which workflows you need, which tools you already run, how clean the data in them is, and how many integrations are involved. Quoting one number for all of that would be a guess, and you would pay for the guess.

What you get free before any money changes hands
The review itself, the instant report naming your two or three highest-impact workflows with the hours it estimates for each, and the follow-up conversation with Ger within 24 hours. By the end of that conversation you know what would be built, in which order, on which systems. Only then is there a price to talk about.

We priced it after doing it to our own business
The GEO programmes carry a fixed price because the scope was worked out on Shamrock Electrical, the electrical wholesaler in Rathcoole that I have run for over a decade. We put schema and question-answering content live, ran the buyer prompts, and 72 hours later ChatGPT named Shamrock as the obvious one for Irish electrical supplies. Perplexity and Gemini followed.
Because we know exactly what that work involves, we can put a number on it in advance and stand behind a guarantee. AI implementation is different: the scope changes with every business, which is why it is priced after the review and not before.

How much does an AI consultant cost?

Why do you publish GEO prices but not implementation prices?
GEO is a fixed scope that is the same for every business in a category, so it can carry a fixed price. Implementation depends on which workflows you need and what you already run, so it is scoped after the review.
Do the GEO programmes have a monthly fee?
No. Both programmes are one-time payments and the implementation stays in place. Ongoing monitoring is optional and priced separately.
Can I pay for AI consultancy with a grant in Ireland?
Irish businesses can ask their Local Enterprise Office about Digital for Business consultancy and the Grow Digital Voucher, which funds 50% of digital tools up to €5,000. Eligibility is decided by the LEO, not by us.
