Local SEO and AI search, one fixed price
A local SEO package for small businesses that also gets you named by ChatGPT. €1,000, no VAT.
The Visibility Fix is a done-for-you SEO package for small business owners who win work by town and by reputation. We measure 30 real customer prompts across ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, Copilot and Gemini, fix your Google Business Profile, your website and your listings, then measure again 30 days later. 15 working days of work. No contract. No monthly fee.
Built on what we did for our own electrical business and our own trades brand. Both went from invisible to named by AI engines, one of them inside three weeks.
3 enquiries in 3 days
Customers who, asked how they found our trades brand, answered ChatGPT or an AI assistant, 10 to 12 Sep 2026. Ad spend on those: zero.
226 to 301
Copilot citations of our electrical business, 4 to 7 Sep 2026, after seven comparison guides went live (Bing AI Performance report).
Named 1st of 5
ChatGPT's answer for electric radiators in Ireland, June 2026, within two months of schema and FAQ work going live on our electrical store.
Your trade
Which businesses is the local SEO package for?
Any local service business that gets hired by town and by reputation. Eleven trades and professions have their own page, with the registers and prompts that matter for them. If yours is not listed, the package is the same; we map your registers during onboarding.
The short version
What does a small business SEO package need to cover in 2026?
The same five things local SEO always did, read by two new judges. Your Google Business Profile, your service and area pages, your reviews, your listings on trusted registers, and business details that match everywhere. Google's map pack reads them. So now do ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, Copilot and Gemini.
Why does an affordable SEO package beat a retainer for most local businesses?
Monthly SEO packages for small businesses run £300 to £800 a month in the UK and $500 to $2,500 a month in the US, and the honest ones tell you to wait six months for a traceable enquiry. Most of the work that moves the needle for a one-van or ten-person local business is a one-off structural fix: the profile, the schema, the pages, the listings. So we sell it as one, with a measured result, and let you decide about anything ongoing after you have seen the numbers.
What decides who gets recommended?
From the AI answers we have logged for two of our own businesses since April 2026: the review count and rating on your Google Business Profile, a page on your site that plainly says the service and the town, structured data that tells the engine what you are and where, and a listing on the register the engine trusts for your trade. Cost questions go to whoever publishes a price.

What you get
What is in the local SEO package?
Seven pieces of work, all done for you, in 15 working days. The schema and listings follow a fixed pattern; the prompts, the profile copy and the page copy are written for your towns and your services.
| Deliverable | What we do | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| 30-prompt AI visibility audit | We ask ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, Copilot and Gemini the questions your customers ask and record who is named and which sources each engine relied on. | You cannot fix what you cannot see. This is the before picture the 30-day report is measured against. |
| Local demand map | Real monthly search volumes for your services in your towns, pulled from Google data, not guessed. Typically 150 to 400 phrases, ranked by what is worth chasing. | It tells you which services and towns to put your name on first, and which are not worth a page. |
| Google Business Profile rebuild | Categories, the full services list, service area, a description written to the questions AI engines ask, Q&A seeded, photo brief, and a review link with a printable card. | The map pack and the ChatGPT local list are both built from your profile. Reviews decide who gets recommended. |
| Website fixes, done for you | LocalBusiness, Service and FAQPage schema for your trade. An llms.txt file. Titles and descriptions retargeted on up to 8 pages. Answer-first FAQ blocks on your three most valuable service pages. Name, address and phone made identical everywhere. | This is what AI engines read to decide you are a real business in a real place. |
| Register and directory listings | Your entry checked or created on the 6 to 8 registers and directories that AI engines actually cite for your trade in your country, with the text prepared for you. | When an engine has to choose between two businesses, it picks the one a trusted third party vouches for. |
| Indexing | Every page we change is submitted the same day: IndexNow for Bing and its partners, and an indexing request in Google Search Console. We confirm each one has been picked up. | Changes that Google has not read yet do not exist. |
| 30-day rerun and report | The same 30 prompts run again 30 days after the work goes live. A plain-English before and after report with screenshots, Search Console impressions and clicks, and the next five things to do. | You will know, in numbers, whether it worked. If nothing has moved, the second round is free. |
Proof
Where has this been done before?
On two businesses we run ourselves, with the numbers recorded as we went: Shamrock Electrical, an electrical wholesaler in Dublin, and The Home Upgrade Co, a supply-and-fit kitchens and doors business. Shamrock went from being named in 1 of 10 buyer questions in April 2026 to first of five retailers in ChatGPT by June, and from 226 to 301 Copilot citations between 4 and 7 September. The Home Upgrade Co went from 0 of 3 prompts on 25 August to being named in 7 of 10 door prompts and 9 of 24 kitchen prompts by 13 September, and took three enquiries in three days from people who said ChatGPT sent them.
Those are citations and enquiries, not signed contracts, and neither business is in your trade unless you sell electrical goods or fit kitchens. Nothing on this page promises sales. Read the Shamrock Electrical case study.

The promise
Measured on 30 prompts, or the second round is free
Before we touch anything, we run 30 real prompts across ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, Copilot and Gemini and record who is named. Thirty days after the work goes live we run exactly the same 30 again. You get both sets, with screenshots.
"Moved" has one meaning: your business named, or your website cited, in a prompt where it was absent at the baseline. If that has not happened in a single one of the 30, we do a second round of fixes at no cost. What we will not say is that we can guarantee a map pack position or a ChatGPT recommendation. Nobody can.
Common questions about local SEO packages
What is in a local SEO package for a small business?
Ours has seven parts: a 30-prompt AI visibility audit before and after, a local demand map with real search volumes for your towns, a Google Business Profile rebuild, schema and page fixes on up to eight pages, the registers and directories AI engines cite for your trade, indexing, and a 30-day before and after report. It is done for you in 15 working days.
How much does a local SEO package cost?
Ours is a fixed €1,000, about £850 or US$1,150, with no VAT added and no contract. Retainers for the same work typically run £300 to £800 a month in the UK and $500 to $2,500 a month in the US, usually on a minimum term. We sell the structural fix once and let the 30-day report decide whether anything ongoing is worth it.
Is this a monthly SEO package?
No. It is a one-time package. The work stays in place when it is finished. If the 30-day report shows it is worth going further, the €3,500 Growth Programme adds new pages, guides, a review system and three months of tracking, and the €7,500 GEO programmes are the full rebuild.
Which businesses is the package for?
Any local service business that wins work by town and by reputation: electricians, roofers, plumbers, HVAC companies, contractors, pest control companies, movers, dentists, law firms, accountants and estate agents have their own pages. If your trade is not listed, the package is the same; only the registers and prompts change, and we map them during onboarding.
What is the difference between local SEO and AI search?
Local SEO gets you into Google's map pack and the organic results for 'electrician in [town]'. AI search is ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, Copilot and Gemini answering the same question with three names. They read the same signals: your Google Business Profile, reviews, service and town pages, structured data and trusted listings. This package fixes those signals once for both.
Can you guarantee a map pack position or a ChatGPT recommendation?
No, and nobody honestly can. What we do is measure 30 real prompts before and after the work. If your business is not named, and your site not cited, in a single prompt where it was absent at the baseline, we do a second round of fixes at no cost.
Do you work outside Ireland?
Yes. The method is the same in Ireland, the UK, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. What changes is the register and directories AI engines trust for your trade in your country, and we map the right ones for you.
Do you need my passwords?
No passwords, ever. You add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile and Search Console and remove us the day the report lands. For the website we need an editor login or your developer's email. If the developer will not give access, we send a one-page change sheet to paste in and we check the result.
What is the refund position?
Full refund at any point before the baseline sweep starts. Once work has started there is no refund, because the sweep and demand map have already been paid for; the second-round promise covers the result.
Not sure whether you are invisible?
Run the free check first. It takes a minute and tells you whether AI engines mention your business today. If they already do, you may not need this.
